Administration

Association is administrated by the general assembly of Association, board of Association together with the Managing Director and other personnel of the Association.

The term of office of the association’s board is the time between the annual meetings. The Association’s Board of Directors consists of a chairman of the board, a vice chairman, four full members and one deputy member. The association’s annual meeting elects the chairman of the board, vice chairman and other members of the board. A deputy member has the same rights in the Board of Directors as a full member, with the exception of voting situations.
